3 MUST-HAVE NUTRIENTS FOR COLD & FLU SEASON

SUMMARY:

Hey, if you're going to use anything for this flu season, let me tell you about the holy trinity, the three nutrients you should use. The first nutrient, I'm sure you guessed it, is buffered vitamin C. This is the greatest immune enhancing nutrient and we need lots of it, especially during cold season.

The second, you probably also guessed, is quercetin. Quercetin is a plant compound. The quercetin we use is from a very special plant and it really boosts immunity. works together with vitamin C. Quercetin in particular has a special quality that it can get zinc into the cell.

Zinc is the third thing you want to take because zinc, if it gets into the cell, has a very antiviral effect. You want to kill the virus, but you need to do it in the cell. You need zinc in the cell and you need quercetin to get zinc in the cell.

So there you've got it. Fully buffered vitamin C, quercetin, and zinc.
