pH hydrion paper is a great way to test and develop a life supporting acid-alkaline balance. Developing an internal acid-alkaline balance is one of the key steps of the Better Bones, Better Body® Program.

pH strips are a great way to test each morning to see if your diet is acid or alkaline. Our pH papers come rolled in one long continuous strip that you tear off each morning and dip into your urine to determine your acid-alkaline balance. The color indications are in small 0.2  increments.  If used as recommended each roll will last between 2 to 3 months.
