Alkalizing Breakfast Ideas

  • Steelcut oats w/ fresh fruit & cinnamon
  • Fresh organic fruit salad
  • Almond butter on gluten free rice bread or rice crackers
  • Fresh vegetable juices or green drinks
  • Warming vegetable or broth soups 
  • Puffed rice/millet cereal with almond milk and fresh alkalizing fruits
  • Potato hash with fresh veggies
  • One grapefruit with walnuts

Alkalizing Lunch Ideas

  • Rice crackers or toasted corn tortillas with small amount of tuna salad, and steamed vegetables
  • Baba ganoush with brown rice and salad
  • Alkalizing soups such as: miso, borscht, roasted vegetable, or even clam chowder can be made alkalizing with the right ingredients!
  • Quinoa Tabouli Salad
  • Leafy green salads topped with an alkalizing dressing such as green goddess dressing
  • Baked sweet potato with a veggie/tofu stir fry 
  • Green rice (japonica or brown rice and avocado)

Alkalizing Dinner Ideas

  • Lentils used as soups or made into lentil loaf served with steamed veggies
  • 2-4 oz of flesh food balanced with 2 cups alkalizing vegetables or salad
  • Vegetable stir fry with tofu/tempeh and a root crop
  • Asparagus risotto
  • Linguine and clam sauce using spelt or brown rice pastas
  • Baked eggplant rolls
  • Falafel & burgers with tahini spread
